Why this step?

We only send emails to addresses whose owner confirmed the signup themselves. That way nobody can put you on a list without your doing — and you know for certain that really only you get these messages.

You can unsubscribe again at any time; every email also carries a direct link for that. What we store and for how long is in the Privacy Policy.
